Our company, Zruby Rajec, utilizes finely-tuned manufacturing technology. In collaboration with the international association ILBA and in accordance with the standards for log production, we rigorously control the manufacturing process from timber selection, through each production step, to the completion of the construction, with a focus on the tightness of joints to ensure the best thermal insulation properties and minimize heat loss.

This guarantees the highest quality, as our constructions exhibit minimal drying and settling, up to half as much as those from other manufacturers. We primarily use timber from winter logging, sourced from a minimum altitude of 600 meters above sea level, which is densely grown. Thanks to our technological process, our constructions have excellent thermal insulation properties. There are no gaps in corner joints and grooves, and excessive deep drying cracks are avoided.

Through strict multi-level inspections, we exclude the use of unsuitable pieces, such as warped, decayed, or twisted wood. We also exclude wood from calamity logging, which is affected by insects or has torn internal fibers as a result of wind calamity.
