May 30, 2005 - The wood processing industry is one of the sectors supported by the state. The managing director of Zruby Rajec, Miloš Bronček, as a competent manager, took advantage of the opportunities offered and approached the Slovak Guarantee and Development Bank for a subsidy. Under the scheme to support the processing and utilization of timber in Slovakia, he obtained four million Slovak crowns for the purchase of new technologies.

It was established in 1993 and is now known in Slovakia and Europe as a manufacturer of typical Canadian log cabins. The company was founded by Miloš Bronček, a graduate of the Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers in Riga, Latvia. Even as a student, he started importing wood from Pobaltie and Belarus to Slovakia. Eventually, he settled in Rajec.
