The Čertovica summer house impresses with its modern A-shape, elongated floor plan, and elegant design, which is created by the differences between the front and side facades. The usable area of the cottage is just over 35 m² and includes all the necessary rooms: an 11 m² bedroom, a bathroom, and a 17 m² living area with a kitchen. The main entrance leads to a closed entrance hall, from which you can access all the rooms.
The house has a terrace of almost 14 m², which creates a pleasant and compact place for relaxation, reading, or watching the sunset. The terrace can be accessed from outside and directly from the living area.
The Čertovica summer house is ideal for a family of two, but if necessary, we can adjust its size and layout to suit a larger family with more rooms.
