Jarabina is a three-room wooden summer house with a compact and practical layout. With a usable area of over 51 m², it features two medium-sized bedrooms, a bathroom, and a spacious open hallway. The heart of the house is a shared space for the kitchen, dining room, and relaxation area, which can be adjusted as needed by changing the size or function of individual rooms.
A great advantage of this house is the almost 24 m² covered terrace, which protects the entrance from the sun and rain and at the same time offers a pleasant place to relax or meet guests outside. Tall and large windows provide plenty of natural light and a cozy atmosphere during the day.
