Modrava is a two-story timber cabin with a living area of up to 73 m², ideal for permanent living. The first floor consists of an open space for a kitchen, dining room, and living room, as well as a bathroom and one room suitable as a bedroom, study, or for other uses. Stairs lead from the entrance to the second floor.
Upstairs, there are two similarly sized rooms that can be used as bedrooms and a bathroom. The second floor has a larger volume thanks to the sloping roof, which also adds to the character of the interior. The timber cabin offers the possibility of pleasant relaxation outdoors – on the ground floor there is a terrace with an area of approximately 20 m², which surrounds two walls of the house, and on the first floor there is a balcony accessible from one of the rooms.
