The Roháč wooden summer house has one floor and a usable area of 38 m². Its uniqueness lies in the centrally located covered terrace with an area of almost 17 m², which protects against wind and rain.
The terrace divides the house into two parts – one with a bedroom and wardrobe for relaxation, and the other with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom for leisure. Each part has separate exits through terrace doors, allowing easy access from the outside.
The Roháč model also shows the possibility of connecting several small houses via the terrace or connecting them to the main house as a separate guest area. The total area, including the terrace, is 55 m², ideal for 2-3 people for quiet weekends outside the city.
