Everywhere I heard how challenging it is to build a house and that it would be a concern and problem for me, but my reality was different as I was fortunate to choose your company and the wood from you for the construction of my dream log house. From start to finish, our collaboration was above standard and to my utmost satisfaction. I will never forget when you delivered the house to the construction site, and the whole forest started to exude the scent of cedar wood. You can't imagine how well I did by choosing this particular wood and how you helped me supply and assemble the house. I had read a lot about this wood, but now, with the passage of time, I can truly appreciate its advantages. In the beginning, we discussed building a log house from Siberian cedar. I'm glad that you offered me an alternative in the form of a solid glued log house made of Siberian cedar. I hesitated for a long time, but in the end, I made the right decision to follow your advice, and today, our whole family is extremely satisfied with the choice.

After three years of living here, I haven't found any negative aspect that I could criticize about the wood and the house. Since we've been living in the house, our illnesses have almost disappeared. We don't feel it completely anymore, but when guests come to our house, they are surprised by the intensity of the house's scent. We only realize it when we return from a two-week vacation, and that's when we become aware of what we breathe in every day. I am genuinely convinced that thanks to the effects of Siberian cedar, our family's health is excellent. As an example, in our family, we have had zero cases of COVID. Another pleasant surprise is how well the house retains heat in winter and coolness in summer. We added a heat pump to the house, but even so, our electricity bill doesn't exceed 120 euros per month, including year-round use of the hot tub and two types of saunas during the autumn and winter seasons.

People who visit us often complain that it’s terribly hot here, so I always show them the thermostat set to 15 degrees, and even then, we have heat for a short time. It's also great that the house has hardly settled at all! Overall, we’ve only had to lower it by 1 cm, which is truly a miracle for a wooden house, meaning we had no issues with windows or sliding doors that wouldn’t open or close properly. I may be repeating myself, but Mr. Bronček, I am very glad that I chose you as my partner for the selection, delivery, and construction of our wooden house. You are a true professional, and that’s rare to find these days. If I had to build another house, it would definitely be a wooden house from you.
